I've been struggling this summer, especially with not having a job and sitting around all day. So I was at 215 at my highest - repeatedly this summer (especially after a specific kettle corn incident last weekend). Right now I'm at 213.5 because I've been staying pretty well on plan this week. James and I also planned out our dinners for the week because we went grocery shopping and I've gotten into coupons while I have had nothing else to do.
Previous challenges on this blog fell into three categories: exercise, eating right, and emotional wellness! SO look back on previous challenges and make up new ones, but definitely try to get a little from each category each week!
EXERCISE - One of my big goals for the next two weeks is to get out at Overton Park and do my walking/jogging that I've been doing. Two weeks ago I could run a mile without stopping (until I fell off the wagon), so my goal is to be able to do that by the end of two weeks - so September 5th! Maybe you can make an exercise goal for yourself and a timeline. It doesn't have to be running, but it could be a yoga or cardio youtube vid or pushups, whatever. :)
EATING RIGHT - My other goal is that after watching 'Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead 2', I plan on juicing next weekend - I have a 3 day plan that we are gonna look at, pick the right juices and get the stuff thursday or friday of this week so we can try it for a weekend. http://www.rebootwithjoe.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/02/RBWJ_FREE-3DAY-20152.pdf Brit - I think your best goal for the week would be to define your healthy trim diet on this blog and try to give a general plan for what you are eating this week to stay on it? It doesn't have to be extensive, but just write it down and tell it to me to reinforce it to yourself!
EMOTIONAL WELLNESS - One challenge that I really want to see this week is that you write down your motivation and WHY you are worth caring about yourself and your body. I am gonna need a little time for this one, so maybe I'll give my answer next saturday when I report my success/failure in the other categories!
